NJNS offers 60 or 90 minute assessment and evaluation options. Each includes a comprehensive review of medical history, diet history, current symptoms, supplements and creation of an individualized custom plan.

30 or 60 minute return visits are used to evaluate effectiveness of customized plans created during the initial session, current state of symptoms, any changes in diet / lifestyle / medications or supplements and creation of next steps
